A deeper dive into the potential injuries sustained with the occurrence of less lethal responses during protests and appropriate interventions. Course expires 7/31/2023.
At the end of this educational offering, the learner will be able to:
  • Describe “less lethal” uses of force in responses by police
  • Identify injuries that result from these methods
  • Describe interventions for those injuries
  • Identify forensic considerations in the context of use of force injuries
