Description
Nursing, emergency department (ED) nursing, and life in general creates stressful situations for ED nurses. The accumulation of these stressful experiences in an environment of insufficient coping and support mechanisms can create adverse physical, emotional, cognitive, and professional effects, leading to burnout. This course will help the ED nurse identify sources of stress and signs of accumulating stress.
