Description
Resilience and burnout of nurses in the emergency department (ED) was a widely discussed topic even before the COIVD-19 pandemic. What is resilience? What can ED nurses do to build resilience into their practice? How can a lack of resilience impact patient care and nursing practice? ED nurses are faced with challenges in the workplace every shift, how can nurses take action to improve their resilience in their own practice?
