Description

Workplace Violence in the ED is an overarching problem—not an unusual event. This updated course will discuss ways to recognize and mitigate all types of violence, including incidents precipitated by consumers/visitors, intruders, employees, and management.

Learners will be awarded 1.75 CNE contact hours upon a complete review of the course and submitting an evaluation. Course expires 7/31/2025.

The Emergency Nurses Association is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Provider Unit #P0232.
