Description
Workplace bullying is a significant factor in the dynamics of patient care, nursing work culture, and nursing retention. This webinar will review the results of the situational analysis study to develop interventions to reduce the incidence of workplace bullying and mitigate the effects of workplace bullying.

Learner Outcome(s): Upon completion of this course, emergency room nurses will be able to identify individual and environmental elements of workplace bullying, discuss the sequala of workplace bullying for both nurses and patients, and identify hospital intervention to reduce the incidence of workplace bullying and mitigate the effects of workplace bullying.
