Description
This course explores the phenomenon of middle class drinking, the physiology underlying alcohol withdrawal symptoms and syndromes, and the differences between alcohol withdrawal and delirium tremens. The pro and con evidence regarding use of “banana bags” with alcohol syndromes is discussed.
