Description

In nursing, a learning needs assessment (LNA) may also be called a needs assessment (NA), which is a systematic approach to examining what individuals or groups need to learn.  This course is specifically focused on the ED and ED Nurses. It may be based on individual, patient, or organizational needs. This course is applicable for an aspiring or novice Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner or may offer a refresher for already practicing NPD practitioners.
