About this Pathway

This pathway provides foundational knowledge for an aspiring or novice Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner in the emergency care setting. There are 10 available courses to guide an NPD practitioner new to the role and may offer a refresher for already practicing NPD practitioners.

The Nursing Professional Development Pathway includes 10 educational offerings that includes up to 6.25 Contact Hour Credits covering two primary content categories:
  1. Practice
  2. Professional


Upon purchase, you have three (3) years to complete the courses in your pathway based on your initial access to your first course.

3 Year Access
Thank you for participating in the pathway program. You have three (3) years to complete the courses in your pathway. The start date is based on your initial access to your first course and access to the courses within the pathway ends 1,095 days later. At the end of the three (3) years a repurchase of individual courses will be required for any courses not completed. Any course purchased prior to pathway access, or outside of a pathway purchase is not affected. Any pathway course completed prior to purchase will display in the pathway as completed.
