Description

This course introduces the aspiring or novice Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner to methods used to encourage emergency nursing staff to participate in evidence-based research projects to improve patient care outcomes and department quality measures. This course may also provide a refresher for already practicing NPD professionals.
