This course provides foundational knowledge for the implementation of onboarding best practices, including orientation of new graduate and experienced registered nurses hired to work in the emergency department. This course is applicable for an aspiring or novice Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner or as a refresher for an already practicing NPD professional.
