The ED Nurse Leadership Pathway is designed to ensure emergency nurses who have recently moved into management/leadership roles or are striving to enter leadership roles have the education and training to manage/lead emergency departments confidently and effectively. This pathway provides educational content around what is required to be an effective emergency department leader, how to manage the emergency department team, financial/budgeting concepts, leadership communication skills and maintaining staff resiliency and mental health, while handling uncertainty and solving problems. The pathway covers key leadership education that is specific to the emergency department nurse.
Upon purchase, you have three (3) years to complete the courses in your pathway based on your initial access to your first course.
