Description
The most important component of Emergency Department (ED) operations and success is the composition of the team.  The purpose of this course is to provide a foundation for the new nurse leader to successfully recruit, interview and hire new team members. These skills can be attained through both formal education such as a MSN and certifications. Additionally, the new ED nurse leader may gain knowledge and skills on their institution’s human resources processes through on the job experience.
