Communication and Patient Experience
This course will identify effective communication and what inclusive language means to the triage nurse. Course expires 10/31/2025.
Effective communication strategies are fundamental to empowering patients to feel involved in decisions about their care. Examining these mechanisms from a holistic perspective could help to identify how communication systems could be improved to inform future practice and develop procedures that are practical, functional, and reflective of the service.
