In addition, if any of the following occurred, residents will be prepared to discuss: a patient resuscitation effort, a patient death, or a mandated reporting occurrence. <br /><br />These reflection sessions aim to provide residents with an opportunity to review and discuss their experiences, allowing them to learn from their cases and enhance their skills as emergency nurses.
