To ensure you're taking accurate  weights, you'll need to dress the stretcher prior to zeroing the scale. Use any linens, pads, and pillows necessary for the next patient. To zero out the scale, press and hold the  zero button until the LED screen reads REL or release. Once zeroed, position your patient  on the stretcher. From here, taking a patient's weight is as easy as pressing the weigh button.
